Ordering - Terms and Conditions
Single copies of the CD are available for $35 plus $2.50 for shipping and handling via media mail, $5 for Priority Mail. Foreign orders are sent via air mail for $7.95. You may pay via PayPal or with major credit cards.
You may also purchase by check or money order (in US dollars) payable to “Gary Goldstein”. Please fill out this form and send with payment to the publisher at The Elizabethan Review, 2064 Exeter D, Boca Raton, FL 33434.
Libraries, universities and other organizations may submit purchase orders to the publisher for order fulfillment and invoicing. All invoices are payable within 30 days.
US orders are sent either media mail or Priority Mail, at purchaser’s discretion. Foreign orders are sent via air mail.
CDs are mailed within two business days of receipt of payment or institutional purchase order.
